Assessment

Learning is all about connection. I start with a consultation to connect with my client and gain a sense of their learning need. I recommend various training solutions to best fit that need, in a project proposal.

 

Like the proposal? Great!  We then settle on terms and draw up a design agreement.

Design Planning

This is arguably the most important phase of the project. We discuss what you want learners to be able to do, explain, or execute once their training is complete.

 

Whether your learners need a certificate or evidence of preparation for credentialing, we will discuss what success looks like and how that success should be measured.

Development

I begin prototyping the design into the learning content. As I create draft assets, we will review those drafts to ensure they meet your expectations. While I follow the "waterfall" design method, ongoing draft review allows for quicker turnaround on deliverables while ensuring your satisfaction.

Project deliverables are provided, along with source files, at the conclusion of the development phase.

Implementation

I will work with your team to load new learning content in your Learning Management System or walk through workshop/seminar content drafts to determine any adjustments prior to implementation.

 

GEC conducts quality checks on all deliverables prior to release to your learning audience.

Evaluation

Program effectiveness is measured through evaluation. We follow up with clients to ensure your deliverables met and exceeded your expectations for delivery. We can work together on future updates to your materials to keep your content fresh, modern, and impactful.
